Shipping
I understand shipping can be the cause of abandoning your cart on our site. We do our best to give you the best shipping rates to save you money on all ends. We use USPS Priority Mail & Ground Shipping Service to make sure you receive your items in a timely manner.
We ship out your orders within 1-2 business days from the day they are placed.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer.
Delayed or lost items

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how the postal service handles your package once it is delivered to postal office.
- It was all a dream shop is not responsible for delayed or lost items. Please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS) with the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.
- How soon will I receive my package?
- All orders will be shipped out of our Los Angeles warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Once you receive your confirmation email, you can track your shipment via the tracking number on the email provided.
